16th January, 2002 - Recognized as top five among 300 classical composers with special distinction for the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers' 23rd Rudolf Nissim Award for Serious music.

26th September, 2000 - Performed at the "Evening with the Olympians" event in Wesley Centre, Sydney, Australia.

23rd September, 2000 - Recital at prestigious St. Andrew's Cathedral, Sydney, Australia.

24th & 27th August 1999 - Youth Band Conservatory Cottbus Germany performed The Malaysian Overture transcribed for Band and conducted by Hans Huetten. This was performed later at the World Expo in Hanover and Nuremberg, Germany.

17th September 1998 - Finalist in the first San Jose Symphony Youth Orchestra young composer competition.

17th, 18th & 19th August, 1998 - Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra premièred commissioned work, The Malaysian Overture under the baton of Kees Bakels at the inaugural concert at the Dewan Filharmonik, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13th & 14th February, 1998 - Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra premièred Romanza under the baton of Sir Raymond Leppard at the Hilbert Cirlce Theatre, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

15th September, 1997 - Winner in the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra's first young composer competition (Marilyn Glick's Composers Showcase).

8th September, 1996 - Performed at the Enthronement Service of the 12th Archbishop of Nassau and the Bahama Islands.
